1. Transfer name to house registration
     1.1 If you want to sell
           - Pay a stamp duty of 0.5% when the name is transferred to the house registration for 1 year.
            (name of home owner Must have name listed in house registration for at least 1 year)
            (After 1 year, the name can be transferred to another house registration)
     1.2 If you have to pay taxes
           - Received exemption from land and building taxes. If the value does not exceed 50 million baht

2. Not move your name into the house registration.
     2.1 If you want to sell
           - Pay a specific business tax of 3.3% from the assessed price or market price, whichever is higher.
            (If you hold real estate for more than 5 years, you will not pay specific business taxes. but pay stamp duty instead)
     2.2 If you have to pay taxes
           - Pay land and building tax at 0.02% per year.

Documents for transferring names to house registration
     - Sales contract
     - Title deed or copy of title deed In the case of a mortgage with a bank
     - Mortgage contract
     - Make an old house registration with the house number that you will be moving out of.
     - New house registration, house number of the project you will move into.
     - ID card
